제목 Characteristics of organic light emitting devices using TiO2 mesoporous film
초록 Organic light emitting devices (OLED) are constructed using multilayer organic thin films. The basic structure consists of a hole-transfer layer and a light emitting layer. We studied the characteristics of OLED devices having TiO2 thin film, which was fabricated by a sol-gel method and we studied the TiO2 mesoporous structure with XRD(X-ray diffraction) pattern, SEM(Scanning electron microscope) images and BET data. We calculate the J –V characteristics of OLED devices having mesoporous structure layers of a different thickness. The results show how the insertion of the TIO2 layer lowers the OLED turn-on voltage and improves the efficiency of the OLED. The model is validated by comparison of its predictions to experimental results
