제목 RESEARCH OF MANUFACTURING CORE PROCESS FOR MXDA(m-XYLXYLENEDIAMINE)
초록 Ammoxidation of meta-Xylene to isophthalonitrile and hydrogenation of isophthalonitrile to meta-xylylenediamine were performed to produce MXDA. In the ammoxidation process, the highest yield of isophthalonitrile was obtained at 450 oC using V2O5/Alumina catalyst. The maximum yield of MXDA was achieved at 130 oC and 800 psig after hydrogenation. It was determined that this reaction was zero order with respect to isophthalonitrile concentration . The estimated activation energy was 29.9 kJ/mol. It was also found that the concentration of ammonia and solvents were critical factors to increase the yield of MXDA.
