Phase Transform inhibition and Nanocrystallization of Metal Phthalocyanine Material by Ball-Milling |
초록 |
Nano-sized ε-type copper phthalocyanine (ε-CuPc) has been used as high quality liquid crystal display (LCD) color filter material due to its unique reddish blue and bright hue. In this study, crude ε- type CuPc was synthesized by seed process. The crude was crushed and grounded by the use of ball milling. The formation of crystal phase in the copperphthalocyanine was dependent not only on shear force and temperature but also polarity of solvent. Particle size, shape and crystalline structure were compared and evaluated after particle size by using transmission electron microscope(TEM), field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and x-ray diffractometer (XRD). |
