제목 Thermal Conductivity of Epoxy Composites Reinforced with Ag-plated Expanded Graphite and Copper Powder
초록 To enhance thermal conductivity of epoxy resin, expanded graphite (EG) were electrolessly Ag-plated and Ag-EG and copper powder (Cu) are incorporated into the epoxy resin to form hybrid composites (Ag-EG/Cu/Epoxy). Ag-EG surfaces were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Thermal conductivity of Ag-EG/Cu/Epoxy was tested using a laser flash analysis (LFA).  From the results, it was found that the thermal conductivity of the composites was enhanced by addition of AG-EG and Cu.
