제목 Synthesis and thermal properties of HTPB prepolymer-based polyurethane for composite solid propellant
초록 Propellants are used in a wide range of applications such as the military, aerospace and automobile.Most composite solid propellants are composed of polymeric material, oxidizer, metallic fuel, burning rate catalyst, and so on. Transition-metal oxide and ferrocene derivative have been widely used among various types of catalysts.The structure of Fc-HTPB were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). HTPB prepolymer-based polyurethane networkwas prepared from HTPB prepolymer, 1,6-hexamethylenediisocyanate(HDI), and HDI-trimer.The thermal behaviors of the polyurethane network were compared using DSC and TGA.
