To meet the increasing demand for repairing or replacing damaged tissues, it is necessary to design scaffolds with controllable structure and biomechanical properties that mimic the original tissue. We fabricated a synthesized photo-crosslinkable hydrogel based on gelatin methacrylate(GelMA) and silk fibroin(SF) with various pore sizes to adjust SF concentrations. To create the GelMA-SF hydrogel, the gelatin methacrylate was mixed with SF solution and crosslinked using UV irradiation in the presence of a photoinitiator, followed by lyophilized and methanol treatment in order to induce SF crystallization. Morphology, structural analysis, swelling and the mechanical properties of the scaffolds were evaluated to optimize reaction conditions. |
