제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Gelatin Methacrylate/Silk Fibroin Biomaterial Scaffolds
초록 To meet the increasing demand for repairing or replacing damaged tissues, it is necessary to design scaffolds with controllable structure and biomechanical properties that mimic the original tissue. We fabricated a synthesized photo-crosslinkable hydrogel based on gelatin methacrylate(GelMA) and silk fibroin(SF) with various pore sizes to adjust SF concentrations. To create the GelMA-SF hydrogel, the gelatin methacrylate was mixed with SF solution and crosslinked using UV irradiation in the presence of a photoinitiator, followed by lyophilized and methanol treatment in order to induce SF crystallization. Morphology, structural analysis, swelling and the mechanical properties of the scaffolds were evaluated to optimize reaction conditions.
