The aim of this study is to fabricate Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) hydrogel coated DPN probe. The DPN pattering has a lot of advantages to generate nano- or micro-arrays on soft or hard substrates (e.g., molecular inks, DNA, proteins, nanoparticles, sols and polymers) with a direct-write manner. Among others the fabrication of hydrgel-DPN Probe is very improtant step for direct-wirte DPN patterning experiments. In our study, (PVP) hydrogel coated DPN probe was readily fabricated by E-Beam. The E-Beam could modify a structure of Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) from linear polymers to crosslinked polymers. Furthermore, we demonstrated that several materials such as small and chemical biomolecules could be directly patterned on the substrate by hydrogel-DPN probe. In addition, adhesion and absorption of hydrogel-DPN probe was indicated by FE-SEM, AFM and FT-IR. |
