Fabrication of micro-porous layer for PEMFC by using electrospun carbon nanofiber |
초록 |
Microporous laye (MPL) is one of issues to enhance the performance of fuel cell. Because the MPL is useful in water management , to avoid flooding of cathode. In this work, we used carbon material as Vulcan and carbon nanofiber to prepare MPL. Thecarbon nanofiber (CNF) were prepared through two steps of heat treatment the web-type fibers, which are obtained by electrospinning PAN in DMF solution. The stabilization was excecuted at 280℃ in air, the carbonization was carried with at 1000℃ for 1 hr in nitrogen. Electric conductivity and porosity of MPL were increased by using CNF. This bring about improvement of PEMFC's performance. |
