제목 Carbon nanosheets with micrometer sized holes via phase-separation of immiscible polymer blends and their application in transparent conducting electrodes
초록 We adopted micromesh structure in carbon nanosheets (M-CNS) via phase-separation of immiscible polyacrylonitrile/poly(methyl methacrylate) blend precursors to improve their properties as a transparent conductive electrode. The facile approach without any time-consuming patterning processes can overcome the tradeoff between sheet resistance and optical transparency of the conventional CNS. The M-CNS exhibited the improved sheet resistance of ~ 50% without compromising the optical transparency, leading to a high power conversion efficiency of ~ 2.07% for an M-CNS electrode-based organic photovoltaics.
