제목 Synthesis of nanocomposite membranes consisting of microporous organic nanoparticles and polyimides
초록 Nanoparticles with 3D microporous molecular network was synthesized from tetrakis(aminophenyl)methane and diisocyanatohexane by new organic sol-gel polymerization method. The nanoparticles dispersions were mixed with poly(amic acid) of PMDA/ODA in DMAc. Coating onto the glass plate followed by thermal curing gave nanocomposite membrane of polyimides and nanoparticles. Percolated microporous networks of nanocomposites were made by controlling the phase separation between the nanoparticles and polymer matrix. The permeabilities of the membranes to small molecules such as water, carbon dioxide, and methane were measured.
