제목 Characteristics and Fabrication of Self-Assembled Monolayers using Ferrocenyl-tethered dendrimer with Oligophenyleneethynylene Thiol
초록 Aromaticthiols with the π-conjugated backbone have higher electrical conductivity than alkanthiols having poor electrical conductivity due to the flexible nature of carbon chains. In this work, we have synthesized 4-(2-(4-(Acetylthio)phenyl)ethynyl)benzoic acid(APBA) to improve the electrical conductivity by the increase of coplanarity of π-conjugated structure, and then the self-assembled monolayer (SAM) was fabricated on Au (111). Also the mixed monolayer of APBA and butanethiol was fabricated in order to improve electrical conductivity through the molecular orientation of APBA SAM. The prepared APBA mixed SAM was examined the characteristics of immunosensor. We have synthesized partially ferrocenyl-tethered dendrimer(Fc-D) and then immobilized Fc-D on the APBA SAM for the increase of the sensitivity and stability of immunosensor. We investigated electrical property of immobilized Fc-D with APBA SAM via Cyclic Voltammetry.
