SAPO-34 with CHA structure of 8-membered-ring has received great attention in recent years because of its high selectivity to olefins in methanol-to-olefin (MTO) reaction. SAPO-34 has been synthesized by using various templates including tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAOH), morpholine (MOR), diethylamine (DEA) etc. The physicochemical properties and catalytic performance of the SAPO-34 might be greatly different with respect to the template type. We have reported that SAPO-34 with the mixed-template, especially DEA-TEAOH, might be the most promising catalyst for MTO reaction. Therefore, in this study, the effect and role of the mixed-template in the crystallization of SAPO-34 have examined by XRD, SEM, TGA and 13C-NMR techniques. |
