제목 The synthesis of Na+-beta-aluminasfrom the porous α-alumina preformby infiltration of alkali molten salts
초록 In order to overcomethe demerit of conventional forming method,PLPPmethod was investigated.It'spossible to fabricate homogeneous, porous and complex-shaped ceramics. Variousα-aluminawas used as starting materials. Binder infiltratedpreform was heated at 1600 ℃and then pre-heated preforms were infiltrated by alkali molten salts. This infiltration process was performed during 24/48 hr, respectively. Each infiltrated specimens were calcinedat 1100 ~ 1300 ℃ and characterized with surface morphology,β/β'' phase fraction and quantitative analysis.
