The synthesis of the zirconia-doped Na+-beta-aluminas from the porous α-alumina preform by infiltration of alkali molten salts |
초록 |
In order to overcome the demerit of conventional forming method, pressureless forming method was investigated and the addition of zirconia to beta-alumina substantially improves physical properties without compromising the superionic's electrical properties. Porous α-alumina preform was pre-heated, and then preforms were infiltrated by alkali molten salts in vacuum state. Each infiltrated specimens were heated for synthesis of Na+-beta-alumina and sintered specimens was characterized with surface microstructure(SEM) and phase fraction(XRD). |
