제목 Fabrication of surface plasmon-assisted graphene-based photodetector using block copolymeer nanopatterning
초록 Photo-current generation in graphene has drawn an attention due to its gapless electronic band structure. To overcome spectral selectivity and responsivity in photo-response of graphene, surface plasmon of metal nanostructure has been introduced. We utilize block copolymers to fabricate different nanostructured metal nanoparticle arrays on a single graphene surface. By tuning the number and the frequency of plasmonic resonances by utilizing block copolymer, multi-band graphene-based photodetectors can be applied to various applications in the future.
