제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Carboxymethyl Cellulose/COOH Functionalized Multi-wall Carbon Nanotubes Nanocomposite Films
초록 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/COOH functionalized multiwall carbon nanotubes (CMC/MWCNT-COOH) nanocomposite films were fabricated by a simple solution casting method. The MWCNT-COOH was used as reinforcement into CMC polymer matrix. The properties and characterization of CMC/MWCNT-COOH nanocomposite films were analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and universal testing machine (UTM). Surface composition of the MWCNT-COOH was measured by XPS. The structural properties and morphologies of CMC/MWCNT-COOH nanocomposite films were investigated by using XRD and SEM. The mechanical properties of CMC/MWCNT-COOH nanocomposite films were analyzed by UTM. As a result, the tensile strength and Young’s modulus of CMC/MWCNT-COOH nanocomposite films were improved according to the MWCNT-COOH amounts.
