The charge transport and morphology of pentacene films confined in nano-patterned region |
초록 |
Organic semiconductor nanowires will attract much attention due to their easy patterning and alignment. The transport and morphology of macroscopic organic transistors have been explained thoroughly to date. However, the relationship between the charge transport and morphology of organic semiconductors in nano confined region is not well understood, which is required to design the high performance nano electronics. We have compared the performance of the OTFTs in confined micro- and nano relief patterns using soft lithographic methods with that of the standard OTFTs using vacuum deposited films. And we have investigated the difference of charge transport along the relief of the substrate from the perpendicular direction. We have analyzed the effect of the morphology of the organic semiconductor films confined in the relief patterns on the charge transport. |
