제목 Understanding Anisotropic Properties of [001] Textured BaTiO3 Fabricated by Template Grain Growth
초록 Highly oriented polycrystalline bulk BaTiO3 was fabricated via template grain growth(TGG) method. Oriented grains showed anisotropic dielectric properties compare to random specimen. Hydrothermally synthesized [001] preferentailly grown single crystal one-dimensional BaTiO3 nano rods were used as seed material. Nano sized rods templates were uniformly aligned within the 50nm BaTiO3 equaixed matrix particles. Although final microstructure suggests nano rods decomposed and formed equiaxed grains, X-ray diffaction clearly shows the maintenance of preferential [001] crystal structure.
