MWCNT have shown remarkable electrical, optical, chemical and mechanical properties. Novel composites that consisted of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs) and Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) were prepared via one-step deposition in liquid phase. Firstly, the acid treated MWCNTs were decorated with Au Nps at room temperature and then MWCNT/AU nano-hybrids were coated by spin coating method. Secondly, polypyrrole layers were deposited on MWCNT/AU nano-hybrids layers by VPP method. The MWCNT/AU films were investigated by FE-SEM, , XRD and Raman spectroscopy. |
