제목 Aluminum oxide Nano-rings Synthesized by Electrospinning Techniques
초록 One or two-dimensional nanostructures such as nanotubes, nanowires or nanomats have been widely applicated as building blocks for nanoscale electronic devices. It is easy to be used to make those structures from electrospinning techniques. But there were very few reports on the preparation and investigation of aluminum oxide  nano-rings from aluminum acetate by electrospinning.
We report the synthesis and characterization of aluminum oxide nano-rings produced by electrospinning. The synthesized aluminum oxide nano-rings were characterized before and after calcination by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to identify the morphology and the diameter of the nano-rings, X-ray diffraction (XRD) to verify the crystalinity of the aluminum oxide, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) for investigation of the chemical nature of the synthesized nano-rings.
