제목 Enhanced Immunostimulatory Activity by Multivalent CpG Oligonucleotide Nanoconjugates
초록 In this work, we developed polymer-based multivalent nanoconjugates consisting of multivalency immune adjuvants for immunomodulation of antigen presenting cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages. Cytocine-Guanine(CpG) oligodeoxynucleotides can be recognized by Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) and induce powerful immune response via cell signaling pathways including NFκB and mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs). Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a biocompatible, biodegradable, non-toxic polysaccharide, which has been applied for various drug delivery systems. The multivalent nanoconjugates synthesized by the conjugation of multivalent CpGs on HA backbone, are expected to be used in immune cell-based cancer therapy.
