The synthesis and characterization of piezoelectric nanofiber composites from PZT ceramics and PVDF polymer |
초록 |
Piezoelectric nanofiber composites of Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) ceramic and polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) polymer were fabricated by electrospinning. XRD (X-ray diffraction) measurements indicated that the characteristics of PZT and PVDF are coexisted. The electrical and mechanical properties of PZT/PVDF nanofiber composites were investigated as a function of PZT content from 0 wt% to 30 wt%. The P-E hysteresis loops of the nanofiber composite increased up to 20 wt% and then decreased. Furthermore, the PZT content of 20 wt% was found to be optimum for good tensile stress. |
