제목 Fabrication and Evaluation of Ultrafine PDMS Nanofibers for Flexible Electrode
초록 Fabrication of poly(dimethylsiloxane) nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method using a commercially-available liquid PDMS precursor (Sylgard 184) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as core and shell materials, respectively. We demonstrated that PDMS nanofiber fabricated by two step process using Electrospinning and elimination of shell layer polymer(PVP). First of all, introduced shell fiber polymer (PVP) to core fiber polymer (PDMS) to improve of core fiber’s mechanical strength. The resulted PDMS nanofibrous membrane was successfully evaluation used as substrates for flexible electrode. The physicochemical properties of the PDMS nanofiber was confirmed FE-SEM(Field-emission Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM(Transmission Electron Microscope), FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis), DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry), Contact angle and Tensile strength.
