제목 Development of the multilayered electrocatalyst for off-grid arsenic oxidation combined with CO2 conversion
초록 The purpose of this research is to develop the electrocatalyst for off-grid arsenic oxidation combined with CO2 conversion. For this purpose, multilayered TiO2 nanoparticulate electrocatalyst was developed for anodic reaction. The ohmic contact layer between the substrate and TiO2 layer was enhanced the charge transfer during the reaction. To combine the arsenic oxidation and CO2 conversion, the performance of the catalyst for both reactions were evaluated, and the surface modification was carried out in order to improve the selectivity of target reaction to 90% or more. Finally, a hybrid electrolysis system that simultaneously drives both reactions without deteriorating performance(less than 5%) were combined with solar cells that suitable for the hybrid electrolysis system to achieve optical-to-system conversion efficiency of more than 10%.
