제목 Trimetallic Ni-Fe-Mo based layered double hydroxide nanosheet arrays on Ni foam as water splitting electrocatalyst
초록 It is agreat challenge to develop highly active oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalysts with superior durability. In this regard, trimetallic NiFeMo-layereddouble hydroxide nanosheets grown on porous nickel foam were fabricated througha simple hydrothermal method. Herein, the NiFeMo-LDH electrocatalystpossesses the excellent catalytic activity of overpotentials of 280mV at current densities of 100 mA cm-2 with a Tafel slope of 28.6 mV dec-1, originating fromthe exposure of catalytic active sites and decrease of diffusion pathways formass and charge transfer. These results allow us tosuggest the potential of this trimetallic hydroxide for promising candidates ofelectrochemical water-splitting catalysts.
