제목 Viral protein contained photoreactable polymeric nanoparticle for nasal administrate vaccination and immune boosting
초록 We need to prevent virusinfection. As one tool to prevent virus infection is vaccine. Vaccines deliverantigens to antigen presenting cells. so that they have immunity to theantigens. Nasal vaccine is being studied. But nasal vaccine has disadvantagethat easily removable through mucosa and clearance in nasal.



 So, wedeveloped photoreactable positive charged polymer (PPP). PPP as photosensitizerconjugated polymer can generate reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS enhancepenetration of antigen through mucosal barrier disruption. PPP can formnanoparticle with negative charged viral protein. It is photoreactable virusvaccine (PVV). We confirmed ROS generation ability of PVV and long timesretention in nasal cavities using FITC labeled PVV. We confirmed immune cells andantigen specific secretary IgA and IgG titer upregulated through vaccination. WhenPVV was infected with the virus after intranasal administration, the weightloss was reduced and the survival rate was increased.
