제목 Recent studies on nature derived nanovesicles for biomedical applications
초록 To overcome the suppressive tumor microenvironment and boost the antitumor effect of the immune system, recent studies have focused on a diverse range of immune checkpoint molecules. Not only everal immune checkpoint molecules but also biomaterials such as particle-based systems, scaffolds, and conjugates have been harnessed to elevate the biological performance of immune modulators. In our apporaches, nature derived vesicles including exosomes and cell-derived vesicles have been developed for the delivery of immune stimulators due to their biocompatibility and organ tropism.
