Select the Optimal Thinner of Epoxy Resin for Neon Transformer Housing |

Viscosity of epoxy resin for transformer is an important property to determine ease and effectiveness of casting products. However, using of wrong diluents causes degradation of physical properties. Thus, in this study the type and amount of diluents was to determine for the purpose without physical properties changing of epoxy resin. As the diluents used in the experiment are reactivity and non-reactivity, certain amount of diluents mixed with epoxy resin and measured viscosity from 30℃ to 90℃ in units of 5℃. After the epoxy resin were hardened at 70℃ and investigated a thermal properties. |
