제목 The Effect of D Units on Quinoxaline Based D-A Alternating Copolymers for High-Performance Non-Fullerene Solar Cells
초록 To develop donor polymers for non-fullerene acceptor remains a critical hurdle for efficient non-fullerene organic solar cells (NF-OSCs) due to more complex and unpredictable both crystalline behavior of donor and acceptor. Herein, we designed a series of copolymers designing planarity along polymeric backbone. The morphological properties and crystalline behaviors are characterized by several tools. Through quantitative morphology analysis in terms of coherence length from (010) peak of each polymer, a close relation between relative crystalline of donor (CCLpolymer/CCLITIC), domain size and the JSC, are estimated. PDFQx-3T presents the highest CCLpolymer/CCLITIC, whereas the highest JSC (17.1 mA/cm2) and PCE of 8.1% is achieved for NF-OSCs. The results provide direct understanding of the estimated CCLpolymer/CCLITIC associated with the JSC and suggest a valuable factor to determining donor polymers for desired bulk morphology and optoelectrical property in non-fullerene OSCs field.
