제목 Preparation and electrochemical property of graphene-activated carbon-Fe2O3 composites as novel electrode materials for supercapacitors
초록 Reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/Activated carbon (AC)/Fe2O3 composites were prepared by homogeneous precipitation and subsequent reduction of the GO. KOH-activation on AC was tried to yield activated-rGO/AC composites platelets decorated with Fe2O3 nanoparticles. The total specific capacity of rGO/AC/Fe2O3 was higher than the sum of pure rGO, AC, and nanoparticle Fe2O3. AC and Fe2O3 were improve their electrochemical performance and offer large active surface area. The structure and morphology of the composite are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Charge-Discharge (CD) in 6M KOH electrolyte.
