제목 A study of wear rate on the drawn MoS2-Nylon 6 sheet
초록 MoS2 have been used as the solid lubricant because of its low coefficient of friction and high environmental stability. For obtaining the more advanced properties of MoS2-Nylon 6 sheets, we used drawing process. It is to improve mechanical properties of sheet with greater molecular orientation and the resulting greater strength. The MoS2-Nylon 6 sheets have been drawn by single-stage uniaxial drawing. Friction coefficient and volume loss of drawing nylon 6 sheets were examined on a block-on-ring wear tester where sliding ocurred under dry condition at a speed of 0.13m/s under 30lb. We studied also the variation of wear rate on the different drawing MoS2-Nylon sheet.
