Production of 1,5-diaminopentane by metabolically engineered Corynebacterium glutamicum from renewable feedstock |
초록 |
Depletion of petroluem resources and environmental problems has been facillitating the production of biomass-driven chemicals and plastics. Among several promissing cadidates for the synthesis of bioplastics, cadaverine, which is a C5 diamine, attracts scientific and industrial attention since it can be used as a precursor of bio-based nylons. It can be produced from L-lysine by an enzymatic reaction of L-lysine decarboxylase (LDC). In this study, a L-lysine hyper-producing strain of C. glutamicum and its recombinant strain were investigated to produce cadaverine from renewable feedstock in bioreactors. Detailed results will be presented in this presentation. |
