제목 Mesoscopic perovskite hybrid solar cells with controlled crystalline perovskite layer
초록 Today, the perovskite hybrid solar cells have catch attention as next-generation solar cells because of their prominent points; high absorption coefficient, long diffusion length, facile tunable bandgap. Now, the certified record efficiency of perovskite solar cell is over 20 % at 1 sun condition and that is gradually increasing to the efficiency of conventional crystalline Si solar cell. The major skill for high efficiency seems to be the formation of crystalline thin-films. So, many deposition techniques, one- or multi-step, dripping process for solution process and multi source- or combined vapor deposition, have been developed. Among them, one-step solution process seems to be the simplest process and to reduce the cost. Therefore, we tried to deposit the thin-films with controlled morphology by one-step coating.
