제목 | Improved Performance of PVDF-based Piezoelectric Nanogenerators using Crosslinkable Conducting Polymer Composites as Electrodes |
초록 | Self-powered energy harvesting technology is a promising way to solve power source problems of small electronics such as wearable devices. Piezoelectric nanogenerator (PNG) converts mechanical energy to electrical one, which is one of the best energy sources. Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is a good piezo-active material, but hydrophobic, which is not suitable for using commercial electrodes. A solution is a replacement to organic material such as poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS). However, there are some of limits to improve performance with PEDOT:PSS due to several disadvantages. In this study, crosslinkable PEDOT composites were synthesized and introduced as electrodes in PNGs. The performance with the composites was better than the one with PEDOT:PSS. Also, they showed efficient electrical properties and stability. |
