제목 The facile preparation of nanoporous membranes by blending of organic molecular networks and polysulfone
초록 Nanoparticles of 3D rigid organic network were synthesized from tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and hexamethylene diisocyanate by organic sol-gel method. The nanoparticle dispersions were blended with aromatic polysulfone in DMF and then the mixture solutions coated onto the glass plate. Upon evaporation of mixture solutions, thin film membranes with various microstructure resulted via interplay between phase separation and sol-gel transition behavior. The pore structure of membrane was generated along network/psf interface by further solvent evaporation. The results of various solute filtration tests and pore size distribution by mercury intrusion method represent that the membrane has a filtration property of solute in the range of ultrafiltration which can be separate proteins and colloidal suspensions.
