Organic semiconductors have attracted an enormous amount of interest for use in organic field effect transistors. Especially, organic single-crystal based ferroelectric memory transistors have interested for outstanding electrical characteristics. Recently, solution deposited TIP-PEN single crystal memory transistors have been reported. But, there still many factors limiting the application of FeFET. One challenging task is the pattering of TIP-PEN crystal. Here, we have developed the technology to enable patterning of single crystal TIPS-PENs between a source and drain contact of an FeFET on patterned PVDF-TrFE. The TIP-PEN solution temperature and the solvent environment were varied to achieve condition. TIPS-PEN based FeFET show high On/OFF ratio at zero gate voltage and long retention property without encapsulation. |
