제목 p-Nitrophenyl α-D-Glucopyranoside를 당수용체로 이용한 Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase의 당전이 반응 기작의 해석
초록 The intermolecular transglycosylation reaction of cyclodextrin glucanotransferase was analyzed using p-nitrophenyl α-D-glucopyranoside as a glucosyl acceptor. It can be supposed that the intermolecular transglycosylation reaction would be proceed via two steps; first of all, the coupling reaction between cyclodextrin and acceptor molecule by ordered bi-uni reaction mechanism, and then, disproportionation reaction between the coupled products and acceptor molecules by ping-pong bi-bi reaction mechanism. The kinetic parameters for various catalytic reactions of CGTase, such as starch-degrading, α-CD hydrolyzing, α-CD forming, coupling, and disproportionation activities were estimated and the reaction mechanism of CGTase was estimated.
