제목 pH/temperature sensitive multiblock copolymer hydrogels from Poly(urethane sulfide sulfamethazine) used for DOX delivery in tumour-site
초록 For the purpose of using polymeric hydrogel as drug/protein delivery system in mildly acidic environment of tumor-site, a series of novel multiblock copolymer was developed. These polymers were constructed of temperature-sensitive triblock poly(e-caprolactone-co-lactide) – poly(ethylene glycol) – poly(e-caprolactone-co-lactide) (PCLA-PEG-PCLA) and anionic pH-sensitive moiety poly(urethane sulfide sulfamethazine). With the decreasing of environment’s pH, these polymers can change rapidly from sol state into gel state with the gel window covered physiological and even midly acidic condition. This pH/temperature-sensitivity of these materials was shown in sol-gel transition diagrams and can be controlled by the change in their structures. Their gelation and degradation were also checked in vitro and in vivo. The sustained releasing of DOX in vitro was examined for the aim of cancer treatment therapy.
