| 제목 | Study on Thermo- and pH-responsive multiblock copolymer hydrogels based on beta-aminoester |
| 초록 | Polyethylene glycol-polylactide-poly ε-caprolactone ( PCLA-PEG-PCLA) triblock copolymers were synthesized via a ring opening polymerization from polyethylene glycol, D,L-Lactide, ε-caprolactone to form a temperature/pH sensitive copolymers. Then the mixture of pH sensitive block was conjugated to triblock via Michael-step wise polymerization. Sol-gel transition properties was investigated by the changing of temperature and environment pH. |
