Biomedical and Bioengineering Application of Graphene Derivatives: cancer therapy and diagnosis approach |
초록 |
Graphene and its’ derivatives have been attracted great interest for biomedical and bioengineering application due to their novel and unique properties. The monolayer graphene has been found as a potential drugs molecules carrier to carry many drugs at a time. The reduced graphene has been found as an emerging agent for cancer photo-therapy. Previously, we have observed imaging feasibility and toxicology in cell lines and in rat to learn biocompatibility and biomolecules interaction. Our current studies focus on photo-therapy and chemo-photo therapy of cancer by graphene derivatives upon conjugation with hyaluronic acid (HA) and doxorubicin (DOX). The hyluronic acid and DOX conjugated PL graphene is the active and passive targeting NP treating and diagnosis of cancer through multifunctional approaches. However, the linked between PL graphene and DOX enhances the application greatly in biological system for cancer targeting, therapy and detection through multimodal approaches. |
