Pandemic diseases, such as Covid 19 and other hospital-acquired both bacterial and virus infections continuously threat to human life. Thereby, considerable attention has focused on the development of advanced nanobiosensors for the early detection and analysis of infectious pathogens, especially using semiconductor-based nanofabrication processes. Recently, the merging of these fabrication processes provides numerous benefits including reproducibility, sensitivity, selectivity, portability, and cost-effectiveness. In this talk, I will share the results a novel and promising nanofabrication process to construct diverse inorganic/organic hybrid nanostructures and their physicochemical and nano-bio interfacial interaction. To achieve a better understanding how the semiconductor fabrication process can be effectively applicable in nanobiosensor device and discuss about its applications. |
