제목 Optical Encoding method with SERS Active Nanotags (SERS dots™) in Peptide Library Synthesis
초록 Peptide libraries play a central role in research area such as drug discovery and screening for biological activity. The most powerful peptide library synthesis method is based on the combinatorial “split and mix” method with polymer beads. The biggest challenge of this process is structural identification of the interested compounds within a particular library. In this study, we designed a novel encoding method, labeling the beads by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopic nanotag (SERS dots™) for easy and rapid identification. The sequence of peptides could be easily identified by the corresponding Raman bands of the SERS dots™.
