Perfluorocyclobutane(PFCB) ring-containing sulfonated poly(aryl ether) membrane for fuel cell |
초록 |
A series of sulfonated PFCB-containing biphenylene ether polymers were prepared for the fuel cell applications. Sulfonation reactions were carried out by changing the molar ratio of chlorosulfonic acid and the PFCB-containing biphenylene ether polymer under fixed time and temperature. The synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 19F-NMR, and Mass spectroscopy. A membrane with the molar ratio of PFCB-containing biphenylene ether polymer/chlorosulfonic acid(1:5.5) showed a comparable value of ion conductivity (0.102 S/cm, 80℃) with that of Nafion-115 membrane (0.1070 S/cm, 80℃). |
