제목 The Influence of nanocrystal size on the device performances of Perovskite LEDs
초록 Many studies have been conducted to increase the efficiency of perovskite LED (PeLED). Theresearch includes changing 3D to 2D structures, an adjusting grain size by controlling the surface energy with interlayer, and various nanocrystal pinning processes. At first the method what we choose among of them is to use an interlayer with hydrophilic properties, and thus we can obtain improved device characteristics. However, in that case, interface mixing occur because of the hydrophilic properties of the materials. Therefore, we chose to reduce the grain size by changing the composition of the perovskite precursor instead of using an interlayer. We tried to sue the formamidinium bromide precursor for smaller grain size and then we got the better device characteristics without using interlayer.
