Synthesis and Characterization of Water-Soluble Perylene diimide Derivatives for Bioimaging |

We synthesized a water-soluble perylene diimide derivatives for bioimaging. Bioimaging is known to be a specific molecular targets has become possible through continued developments in imaging. Perylene diimide derivatives has been shown to high fluorescent labels for biologically probes. So Fluorescence quantum yields(FQYs) has high fluorescent in aqueous media. We designed a prevention complex of π-conjugation between closed molecules, good solubility and compatibility in biological environments and coplanarity of π-conjugation and high quantum yield. As a result, absorption and emission have a high fluorescence. Bioimaging test was performed with J1-PDI and J2-PDI. |
