제목 Local crystal structure manipulation and high temperature phase stabilization of CuFeS2 via In doping
초록  CuFeS2 has been widely used for one of the main resources of copper. As studies of CuFeS2 accumulate, CuFeS2 has been re-examined as a semiconductor with exotic electrical and magnetic properties. Although these properties are suitable to a promising thermoelectric material, thermal conductivity of CuFeS2 is still too high to show decent energy conversion efficiency.
 In this study, we present the effect of In doping into CuFeS2 system. In doping locally induce stabilization of exotic high temperature CuFeS2 phase, which contributes lattice distortion of the CuFeS2 matrix. Resultantly, the lattice thermal conductivity of In-doped CuFeS2 system declines to ~2.60 W m-1 K-1 at 300 K.
