제목 Synthesis of extended Phenazine derivatives for Organic Photovoltaics
초록 OPVs have unique advantages including lower cost, lightweight, and flexibility. The polymer donor material is general structure that has electron deficient unit and electron rich unit. This polymer is applied to Bulk heterojunction (BHJ) type OPVs with fullerene-based acceptor materials. Among electron-rich units of D-A copolymer, phenazine (Phz) units is well known for planer back bone, strong electron-withdrawing properties. To extend conjugation of Phz, we introduced a fused ring at the top of Phz units and spacer between donor and acceptor. Finally, it can have expanded π-π conjugation length and improve planarity of copolymer backbone. This characteristic is enable to harvest more photon in the long-wavelength region. In this study, we introduced Phz derivatives as acceptor units and BDP derivatives as donor unit in copolymers by stille coupling reaction. The synthesized polymer is characterized by Proton-NMR, GPC, TGA, UV-vis spectrometer, CV, fabricated device were measured
