Organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) are of growing interset for various display applications because of their high luminous efficiency and their ability to emit many color thoughout the visible spectrum. Those requires of the pertinent kinetic processes, such as charge injection, charge transport and their recombination. This is difficult task, notably in multilayer systems in which charge carriers accumulate at interfaces and concomitantly modify the internal electric fields and, the number of carriers injected from the electrodes per unit time. We introduced electrical characteristics of phenyl-complex and its used hole-transporting layer (HTL) or buffer layer. It compared favorable with TPD that higher electron-affinity(EA) and thermal stability(Tg=50). We fabricated ITO as anode and phenyl-complex layer and tris(8-hydroxy-quinolinolato)aluminium (Alq) as electron-transporting layer (ETL). Futhermore, this compound possible orgnic semiconductor, because strong molecular attraction reform π-conjugation. |
