제목 Acrylic-based dispersants: Synthesis by Group Transfer Polymerization and their applications for dispersion of Carbon black in Epoxy resin matrix
초록 Living acrylate copolymer are obtained at room temperature and above by group transfer polymerization (GTP). Monodisperse copolymer with predetermined molecular weights and alternative amphiphilicity can be obtained by adjusting the monomer/initiator ratio and the monomer/monomer ratio, respectively. Epoxy-based dispersants can be obtained from GTP method by using a monomer containing the epoxy group (such as Glycidyl Methacrylate) and thereafter, these dispersants are modified with phosphorus pentoxide to get phosphate-based dispersants. Molecular weight and structure of these dispersants are measured by GPC and NMR method. These dispersants improved the dispersion of carbon black in Epoxy resin and therefore, improved the electrical properties of carbon black / epoxy resin system.
