제목 Encoded hydrogel microparticle-based colorimetric multiplex immunoassay
초록 To meet growing demands of point-of-care(POC) diagnostics, diverse methods have been developed to simultaneously detect multiple analytes with acceptable sensitivity and portability. Fluorescein-based hydrogel microparticle immunoassay have novelty for its high sensitivity and multi-target detection capacity relative to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). However, to detect the target with fluorescent bead, expensive equipment is necessary and dark environment is essential to minimize photobleaching of fluorophores. Herein, we present a colorimetric multiplex immunoassay based on encoded hydrogel microparticles that enables colorimetric detection in a bead-based assay. We detected three target biomarkers of Preeclampsia and validated clinically using healthy and patient samples.
